To carry on the business of buying, selling, blending, manufacturing, toll converting, processing, refining, modifying, supplying, marketing, distributing, importing, exporting, selling, dealing in, and/or trading in (whether as principal or agent or otherwise) bitumen, specialty grades of bitumen, including polymer modified bitumen, specialties, modified bitumen, specialties, modified bitumen, emulsion bitumen, multigrade bitumen, bitumen derivatives, waterproofing products, associated bituminous, asphalt, paving and waterproofing products and all types of materials, base materials, intermediaries, by-products, variations and may other products made, recovered or processed from any of the aforesaid products (together has “Products” and each a Product), and to carry on the above business in India or elsewhere. The Company does not have any subsidiaries or branches.
