BM Self P: Polyester Reinforced Self Adhesive Membrane

BM SELF P is a cold applied self-adhesive, flexible, waterproofing and sealing membrane. It is made from rubber modified bitumen compound and is equipped with non-woven spun–bonded polyester reinforced tear resistant, high density polythene sheet on its upper side and a detachable silicone film on the underside. The non-woven polyester reinforced waterproofing self-adhesive BM SELF P acts as high strength protection. The high-density polyethylene film, offers dimensional stability; puncture resistance, breaking strength and temperature resistance.

It has the following features:

• Cold applied, no heating required
• Simple, quick and clean to install
• Permanent flexibility and protection against water
• Effective barrier for both water and vapor
• Absorbs substrate movement
• Root resistant & Tear resistant
• Safe for ground water

Uses:

• Waterproofing in general, where the use of fire/flame is not possible
• Waterproofing structural concrete and masonry walls
• Waterproofing and protection to underground structures
• Waterproofing membrane for inverted roofing systems
• Waterproofing of balconies, bathrooms, swimming pools, tunnels, etc.
