BM Self XL: SBS modified Self-adhesive waterproofing membrane

BM SELF XL is SBS Polymer modified self-adhesive water-proofing membrane. The bitumen compound is laminated onto an impervious, non-perforated, cross laminated HDPE film.

Properties:
BM SELF XL is designed in compliance with the requirements of BS-8102. BM SELF XL has the following characteristics::

• Designed principally for tropical climate grade
• Provides protection against water and vapor
• Hassle free, peel off self-adhesive silicone film and that sticks to the surface
• First-rate adhesion to vertical and horizontal surfaces
• Resistant to chlorides, sulphates, alkalis and acids
• Excellent tear and puncture resistance
• Outstanding tensile strength

Uses:
>BM SELF XL is designed to protect concrete from water and dampness. It is used for vertical and horizontal applications for tanking below ground structures, subways and retaining walls.
