BM Self: HDPE Surfaced Bituminous Self-adhesive waterproofing Membrane

BM SELF is a polymer modified self-adhesive, flexible, waterproofing and sealing membrane with high density polythene film on its upper side and detachable silicone film which can be found on the underside.

Properties:
The upper facing of the coreless waterproofing self-adhesive membrane BM SELF serves dual purpose. It acts as reinforcement as well as furnishes extra protection. It is a 150 micron HDPE film, deliberating dimensional stability, breaking strength and providing temperature resistance. It has the following features:

• Cold applied, no heating required
• Easy, swift and clean to install
• Permanent flexibility and safeguard against water
• Effective barrier for both water and vapor
• Absorbs substrate movement

Uses:
BM Board are commonly used waterproofing membrane on the following structures.

• Waterproofing in general, where the use of fire/flame is not possible
• Waterproofing structural concrete and masonry walls
• Waterproofing and protection of underground structures
• Waterproofing membrane for inverted roofing systems
• Waterproofing of balconies, bathrooms, swimming pools, tunnels
