BM Self R400: Geotextile Surfaced Self Adhesive Membrane

BM SELF R400 is a cold applied self-adhesive, flexible, waterproofing and protection membrane made from rubber modified bitumen compound with 400 gsm geotextile surface on its upper side which serves as a protection layer and a detachable silicone film on the underside and selvedge.

Properties:
The upper facing of non- reinforced waterproofing self-adhesive BM SELF R400 membrane acts as a protection, having 400 gsm Geotextile. It offers dimensional stability, puncture resistance, breaking strength and temperature resistance. It has the following features:

• Cold applied, no heating required
• Combines waterproofing and protection
• High puncture and tear resistance
• Flexible and takes the contour of the surface easily
• Absorbs substrate movement
• Does not contaminate ground water and Non-biodegradable
