BM Self R250: Polyester Surfaced Self Adhesive Membrane

BM SELF R250 is a cold applied self-adhesive, flexible, waterproofing and protection membrane made from rubber modified bitumen compound. It is equipped with 250 gsm non-woven polyester on its upper side as protection layer and a detachable silicone film on the underside and selvedge.

Properties:
BM SELF R250 is a non- reinforced waterproofing self-adhesive membrane. The upper facing is equipped with 250 gsm tough Polyester mat and acts as a protection offering dimensional stability, puncture resistance, breaking strength and temperature resistance. It has the following features:

• Cold applied, no heating required
• Combines waterproofing and protection
• High puncture and tear resistance
• Great flexibility, takes the contour of the surface easily
• Absorbs substrate movement
• Does not contaminate ground water, non-biodegradable
